The order confirmation e-mail you receive will contain the information needed to make the advance bank transfer. The payment must be made within 48 h from the date of confirmation (the date and time of the e-mail), and sent by e-mail to shop@emanuela.com, or else by fax to +39 0545/63508.
The order will be shipped as soon as the bank provides notice that the payment has been received.
Regardless, the availability of the merchandise will remain frozen for the 48 hours covered by the e-mail.
Credit Card
By selecting the Credit Card payment method, you will be redirected, via a secure and protected link, to a page where you can enter your credit card data to make the payment.
The system accepts credit cards issued on the international VISA, MASTERCARD, and MAESTRO circuits.
Your credit card data will be handled directly by the payment system, and will not be shared with Calzaturificio Emanuela.
In case of order cancellation or non-acceptance by Calzaturificio Emanuela, the amount will be refunded to the form of payment used.
Calzaturificio Emanuela shall not be liable for any delays, loss or damage suffered during the reimbursement process.
Paypal and other credit cards
By selecting the PayPal payment method, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal website, where you can enter your PayPal account or credit card details to make the payment.
POSTEPAY, AURA and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards can also be used with this payment method.
The Paypal account or credit card data will be handled directly by PayPal, and will not be shared with Calzaturificio Emanuela.
