Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 185/99, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase transaction, without penalty, within 10 days of receiving the goods.

The goods must be returned to the same address within 10 business days of receipt, at the consumer’s expense.

The products to be returned must not have been used, must be in exactly the same condition as when they were delivered, and must be returned in their original, properly packaged box, which must not be damaged externally in any way (adhesive tape, staples, etc.).

It should also be noted that cash-on-delivery or carriage forward parcels will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Please note that any products sent to our warehouse after the deadline or that do not meet the above requirements will not be refunded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must also choose one of the following options:

• provision of a purchase voucher; this credit must be spent within one year of its generation, otherwise it will be forfeited;

• replacement of the goods;

• reimbursement of payment: in this case it is necessary to provide the details of a bank or postal account (IBAN code), as well as the details of the account holder. The refund regards the price of the product, and will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. The only costs to be borne by the customer are those related to the handling of the goods.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
